Frequently
asked questions.
Short, honest answers to the questions our trade customers ask most, about ordering, delivery, stock and after-sales. If something's missing, just email us; we're always happy to help.
Ordering & accounts.
We supply businesses only, furniture retailers, interior designers and stylists, project furnishers, online retailers and webshops (e-commerce sellers), and hospitality (HORECA) businesses. We don't sell to private consumers, which is what keeps prices wholesale and protects our dealers.
Register a business account with your company and VAT details. Once we've checked them, you can order online or by email. Just one thing to know: we sometimes look after a dealer who's already active in your immediate area, so occasionally we'll set conditions on a new account by region. If that affects you, we'll always tell you personally and look for a way to help. New regions are added step by step, so if we don't yet serve your area we'll be upfront about it.
Yes, €250 (ex VAT) for any delivery. It helps to know this isn't the free-delivery figure; it's just the smallest order we can pack and ship sensibly. Free delivery starts higher, at your region's threshold (see the delivery table below), and in between a small per-pallet fee applies. Smaller, parcel-sized pieces such as a coffee table or side table can go by parcel for a flat €12.99. Anything under €250 is always welcome for collection in Ulft.
Yes, you can, and it's often the cheapest way to buy, because everyone saves on delivery and handling. Full containers ship direct from India and are usually priced FOB, so the price covers the goods but not onward transport and delivery, and the sea-freight rate can move with the market. You're free to mix items to reach the minimum order quantity, choose your finish, and choose your designs. Container loads come with their own freight quote; just email sales@woodnmore.eu and we'll help you plan it.
Pricing & payment.
No. All prices are wholesale and exclusive of VAT and delivery, unless stated.
Your first order is prepaid by bank transfer or online payment. After a clean first payment we can offer a short payment term of 8–14 days, up to a credit limit. Orders outside the Netherlands are prepaid until a payment history is built. We keep this simple on purpose while we grow together.
Delivery & pick-up.
Free above your region's threshold; below it, a per-pallet contribution applies:
| Region | Free delivery from | Below that | Pick-up in Ulft |
|---|---|---|---|
| Netherlands | €1,000 | €65 / pallet | Free, +2% |
| Germany — NRW border zone | €1,500 | €85 / pallet | Free, +2% |
| Belgium — North (Flanders, Brussels, Liège) | €1,500 | €85 / pallet | Free, +2% |
| Germany — outside NRW | Contact us | Contact us | Free, +2% |
| Belgium — South (Wallonia) | Contact us | Contact us | Free, +2% |
Not in a served zone yet? For Germany outside the NRW border zone and for southern Belgium (Wallonia), just contact us, we'll quote your delivery individually and can often still help, especially closer to the border. All prices are ex VAT and reviewed from time to time.
Small, parcel-sized items, a coffee table or side table, say, ship by parcel for a flat €12.99 (ex VAT). All delivery charges are ex VAT, and apply to regular catalogue items; customised or extra-large pieces are quoted separately.
Yes, and we'd love you to, pick up from our Ulft warehouse by appointment and get a 2% discount. It's an easy hop for our German border customers too.
On fixed regional route days, so loads travel together and stay affordable. Order before Wednesday 12:00 to join that week's run; miss the cut-off and you simply catch the next route, no rush, no surcharge. Runs are more frequent in our busy autumn–winter season.
Yes. We're right on the German border, so we serve the NRW region (Bocholt, Wesel, Duisburg, Oberhausen, Essen, Krefeld, Düsseldorf and around) particularly well, fast, fairly priced, and with clear, responsive communication at every step. In Belgium we serve the north, Flanders (Antwerp, East & West Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Limburg), plus Brussels and Liège, on its route days. For southern Belgium (Wallonia) or German addresses outside the NRW zone, email sales@woodnmore.eu and we'll quote your delivery individually.
Stock & lead times.
In-stock items ship on the next route day and usually arrive in 10–12 working days (Netherlands) or 12–14 working days (served zones in Belgium & the German NRW border). We'd rather give you an honest date and keep it than promise next-day and miss.
The product page will show it as pre-order with an expected arrival. If you'd like it, our tip is to order quickly and reserve it, we prioritise the customers who reserve or order first, so pre-ordering is the surest way to hold your stock. Because our furniture is handmade in solid wood and shipped by sea, these dates are a good guide rather than a fixed promise; external factors can occasionally push them out, and we ask for your understanding when they do.
Each product page shows availability, and anything sold out appears as pre-order so you always know where you stand. You can also contact us any time to check. A fuller dealer portal with live stock, invoices and order history is on our roadmap as we grow.
Dropshipping & white-label.
We're rolling it out, and we'd genuinely love to explore it with you, drop us a line at sales@woodnmore.eu and we'll think through the opportunity together. In short: approved dealers can have selected in-stock items shipped directly to their own customer under a neutral, white-label label. We deliver to the first door only and are responsible up to that point. Our standard regional delivery fees and thresholds apply, plus a small per-order handling fee, so it isn't free. You keep ownership of your customer and any change-of-mind returns; we cover only genuine transport damage or faults. We're expanding it carefully, region by region, so it's dependable from day one.
After-sales.
Please check your delivery on arrival and, within 5 working days, email service@woodnmore.eu with three photos, the box sticker/label, a zoomed-out shot of the whole item and a close-up of the defect, plus the product number, and keep the original packaging intact. We photograph every order at dispatch, so we can sort genuine issues quickly and fairly.
Solid wood is heavy and can mark in transit, so we pack carefully, wrapped, corner-protected and photographed at dispatch. Please keep the original packaging until you're sure you're keeping the piece, as we need it for any return or transport claim.
Standard stock items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging, by prior agreement; collected returns are picked up on a route day at your region's per-pallet rate. Everything is backed by a 2-year warranty. Made-to-order and clearance items, or anything no longer in its original packaging, can't be returned unless faulty.
About the furniture.
Because it's real, handmade solid wood, principally mango and acacia. Differences in grain, colour and knots are the character of natural wood, not faults, no two pieces are identical.
Yes. Our mango wood is upcycled from matured mango trees in India once they stop bearing fruit, so it's a responsible, eco-conscious material, one of the reasons retailers across Europe choose it.
Yes, by appointment at our showroom in Ulft (Oerseweg 5), fifteen minutes from the German border, Monday to Friday. Book a visit and we'll confirm a time, so you get our full attention and can feel the wood and compare finishes in person.
